Josiah Contarino
Josiah Contarino is a founding partner of Contarino Roth LLC, where he leads the firm’s commercial litigation and election law practices alongside a focus on First Amendment protections, construction and real estate litigation, and defending clients against government overreach and unlawful restrictions.
A dedicated husband and father, Josiah brings extensive trial and appellate experience in high-stakes matters across state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums such as the American Arbitration Association and JAMS. He previously practiced at Dhillon Law Group, where he handled complex commercial litigation, First Amendment issues, election-related disputes, and cases involving free speech and political rights. His work has included representing clients in urgent election challenges, defending against defamation and censorship claims, and litigating sophisticated business disputes. Prior to that, Josiah practiced at Archer & Greiner, P.C., where he represented one of New Jersey’s largest real estate developers in construction and premises liability matters, a luxury automobile maker in consumer disputes, and a publicly traded utility company fending off specious claims.
Josiah graduated in the top of his class from Regent University School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor and member of the Editorial Board of the Regent University Law Review. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in Business Litigation (2017, 2022–2023) and earned accolades for his legal writing and advocacy.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Jacob William Roth is a founding partner of Contarino Roth LLC, where he leads the firms’ civil rights and defamation practice and is dedicated to defending constitutional and religious rights, advancing Second Amendment freedoms, and combating discrimination in all its forms.
A passionate advocate for faith, family, and country, Jacob brings extensive experience in high-stakes civil rights, defamation, First Amendment, election law, and commercial litigation. He previously practiced at Dhillon Law Group, where he specialized in constitutional, civil rights, and political and election law, with a focus on First and Fourteenth Amendment issues. There, he represented clients facing religious discrimination, particularly antisemitism on campuses and in workplaces and public institutions, and violations of free speech and religious exercise rights—often in urgent, high-profile matters requiring swift action and bold strategy.
Jacob earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he honed his skills in constitutional analysis and advocacy. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Nebraska, and the District of Columbia,.
Known for his principled, no-nonsense advocacy, and the depth of his strategic approach to counseling his clients in litigation and business, Jacob fights to protect individuals, businesses, and communities from government overreach, institutional bias, and unlawful discrimination—particularly against Jews and Christians. Outside the courtroom, Jacob is an Orthodox Jew, a devoted husband to his wife Abigail and their children, and a steadfast defender of America's founding principles. He proudly resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
